attending a class, please bring:

Class
generally consists of:
strength training (all muscle groups) core training
cardio (light jog/walk) obstacle courses
combinations of circuit drills stretching
fun interactive training in a group atmosphere

All
too often people want to get in shape, but they soon
lose interest because of the mundane routine. The Xtreme
Fit Boot Camp workout is designed to get you in fantastic
shape while keeping you motivated and interested.
This program
is completely different from a gym workout, and it's very effective.
