When attending a class, please bring:

Water • A towel • Workout clothes and shoes
A burning desire to change your body and to have fun!

Class generally consists of:

strength training (all muscle groups) • core training
• cardio (light jog/walk) • obstacle courses
• combinations of circuit drills • stretching
• fun interactive training in a group atmosphere

All too often people want to get in shape, but they soon lose interest because of the mundane routine. The Xtreme Fit Boot Camp workout is designed to get you in fantastic shape while keeping you motivated and interested.

This program is completely different from a gym workout, and it's very effective. The number one reason it works is because we make sure that you work. And because it's a great experience, you're also more likely to stay with it over time.
