" I
wasnt sure what to expect from a boot camp!
Military is not for me. I dont want someone screaming
at me!!!
We warmed
up and got started. A few minutes into the boot camp Norine
Troupe announced we have been at it for 2 minutes. At that point
I thought oh my 75 minutes is going to take forever! Not sure
if I can make it through this. Just when I thought this Norine
announced it was 1 minute till water break. From that point
on, the count down was how much time until the next break. That
made a big difference. The breaks were spaced out perfectly.
Norine did a fantastic job! She kept the group motivated &
moving. A fine job at explaining what to do at each exercise
station.
Norine is
a very confident and talented instructor and does an excellent
job at creating a nonjudgmental or intimidating environment,
unlike other fitness clubs or martial arts schools.
She helped
us get the most out of the class! Its intense, but suitable
for all fitness levels.
I get bored
very easily! Even though I still do it several times a week
a 45 minute workout on an elliptical, treadmill or bike
gets old after a while. I changed up my gym routine by adding
kickboxing and martial arts. The boot camp will add variety
to my workout and will be helpful for my health issues.

you are looking for a fun and different way to get into and
stay in shape you have to try the boot camp! I worked every
part of my body from cardio to legs to shoulders and had fun
doing it. Norine kept us motivated and pushed us to give our
best without killing us. It was also a nice change of pace to
exercise outdoors and to get out of the gym for a while. I highly
recommend the Xtreme Fit Boot Camp."

boot camp this weekend was AWESOME! I had no idea what to expect
and was nervous about doing such an extended workout. But it
was so well planned and paced that the time flew by. The actual
workout was amazing. I am still 'feeling the burn' from all
the lunges and jump squats.
