Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? Maybe these answers will help.

  • Is boot camp too hard?

No! This workout is not designed to be hard, just fun and very effective at getting you in shape. You feel youthful, energetic and inspired by being outdoors, working out with other adults, and being lead by a serious professional. Students at any level can achieve good results.

  • What if I have an injury?

If you have a pre-existing injury, you must be cleared by a doctor before participating in the Xtreme Fit Boot Camp. Our instructors and staff do not pretend to be medical experts, nor will they give you medical advice. If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to participate in a fitness program, or any other athletic endeavor, you should consult your doctor beforehand.

That being said, this workout is designed to be no more strenuous or difficult than any other workout, such as tennis, kayaking, jogging, or bicycling. In most cases, use your best judgment, and when in doubt, see a doctor.

  • What if I can't attend for a while?

In some programs, you pay for the time regardless of whether you show up or not. In the Xtreme Fit Boot Camp, once you buy a class, it's yours. You receive a ticket for each class you pay for.

For example, if you buy ten classes, you receive ten tickets. Those tickets never expire. If it rains, you still have your ticket. If class has been rescheduled, you still have your ticket. If you don't show up, you still have your ticket, and it can be used on a different day. No big payments, no penalties, no pressure. Just a great workout and great results.

  • What if I get tired during the workout?

It should be your goal to get tired! However, it's a self-based program, not a race. We start and finish together. We never leave anyone behind. If you get tired and you feel like you need water, you can break off from the group and take a quick break, get a drink, and then get back in action.

  • Can I bring a friend or family member to join the same day?

Absolutely! Remember, it's an open attendance program. No commitments. Make sure you show up fifteen minutes early to register and pay for your class.

  • When is it?

8:00am to 9:15am every Saturday morning.

  • How can I sign up?

You can call and register over the phone, contact us online, or show up fifteen minutes before the class. Classes are limited to the first 25, so you may be turned away if the class is full. To be sure, call first 727-791-4111. Also, you can purchase one class, five classes, or twenty-five classes. It's the most affordable way to get in the best shape of your life!
