*Classes are limited to the first 25 participants, so calling ahead is recommended to make sure there's space.
What To Expect
All classes last approximately 75 minutes. This includes the warm-up before and the cool down after.
- Strength Training (all muscle groups)
- Core Training
- Cardio (light jog/walk)
- Obstacle Courses
- Combinations of Circuit Drills
- Stretching
- Fun Interactive Training in a Group Atmosphere

NOTE: Classes are conducted outside, and will be cancelled if there is rain at the beginning of class. However, once you purchase a class, your ticket remains valid until it's used.
